Sporting Achievements:

The University has a very close partnership with Charlton Athletic Football Club, allowing both organisations to share research, facilities, coaching and players.

On Campus:

Main campus is located on the banks of the River Thames and forms part of the Greenwich Maritime World Heritage Site. Here you can stand on the Greenwich Meridian Line, where the GMT time zone begins, and longitude is 0°.
The historical campus is home to the Royal Observatory and houses some buildings over 300 years old.
A short distance away is the Avery Hill campus, a purpose-built green campus which contains impressive sports facilities.
